You will learn to move with ease, supported by steady breathing. This is an active moving yoga practice based on vinyasa style.

A slow and gentle yoga practice. Working with static postures that help release the myofascia (connective tissues), you will find more space in the body and more space in the mind.
You will learn to apply mindfulness techniques to build awareness of your mind and body.

Meditate to the sound of tibetan singing bowls in a group setting. Explore your inner self supported by others in the community.
